Group Yoga classes are taught at Balance of Mind both in-person in the studio, and virtually. The intention of our Yoga classes is to give participants the opportunity to get out of their head, and practice truly being mindful of the current moment. We aim to bring emotional and physical balance to our students by alleviating stress and strengthening the body.
Things to remember:
Cancellation Policy Studio Classes: please cancel 12 hours prior to class to avoid forfeiting the amount paid. Space is limited so this gives an opportunity for others to register. In the event of inclement weather, classes will move to virtual within 3 hours of the class start time, and you may continue to participate virtually or cancel without penalty. Notice for Class Cancellation: Please sign up in advance for all classes, as Balance of Mind reserves the right to cancel a class within 3 hours of the start of class, and by 9pm the night before if there are less than 3 students registered. |
