Group Yoga classes are taught at Balance of Mind both in-person in the studio, and  virtually.  The intention of our Yoga classes is to give participants the opportunity to get out of their head, and practice truly being mindful of the current moment. We aim to bring emotional and physical balance to our students by alleviating stress and strengthening the body.

Things to remember:
  • We do provide mats, props, and blankets, though feel free to bring your own.
  • Wear comfortable fitted clothes that stretch well.
  • It is best if you have an empty stomach for at least 2 hours prior to yoga practice.
  • Please let your instructor know about injuries or limiting conditions.
  • You are welcome to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your class to relax and ease in.
  • Please place your outerwear and shoes in designated space just pass the studio space on the left hand side. There will be signage to assist you.
  • Please turn off all cell phones to enhance every student’s experience.

Cancellation Policy

Studio Classes: please cancel 12 hours prior to class to avoid forfeiting the amount paid. Space is limited so this gives an opportunity for others to register. In the event of inclement weather, classes will move to virtual within 3 hours of the class start time, and you may continue to participate virtually or cancel without penalty. 

Notice for Class Cancellation:
Please sign up in advance for all classes, as Balance of Mind reserves the right to cancel a class within 3 hours of the start of class, and by 9pm the night before if there are less than 3 students registered.
